Meet the Team

Michael & Stacey Rocca are the husband and wife team behind Tasmanian Honey Store. With hundreds of hives to care for, they produce raw, natural, unprocessed honey that stems from some of the most remote and pristine locations in Tasmania’s North West.
The day the frames are collected from their location is the same day they are spun, course filtered, and bottled with no additives and no interference, just as nature intended.

Visit our Farm Gate Honey Stall!
