Ill try not to go too over board, however, Ive tried a lot of honey and Im blown away by the leather wood honey I buy here throughtout the year. Its the real deal, there’s no mistaking by the end product that the whole process of collecting this honey from start to finish is done with care. Honey is meant to crystalise as it ages and if it doesnt somethings not right. The leatherwood honey is always beautifully crystalise and the flavour is something else.
