Beez are alseep

Its Winter! And the bees have prepared their homes for a nice long hibernation over the cooler months here in Tasmania.

What goes on? Well, while we are still checking the hives stay warm and healthy, we carry on giving all our harvesting equipment some maintenance and cleaning, we continie bottling honey for our never ending orders (Thanks Customers!) and we write down some goals for the next season.
