We pour small batches of honey regularly to keep our online store full of delicious Tasmanian varieties. Sometimes a product may be out of stock for a few days, and other times it won’t return unless the next season has a fruitful harvest in-store (very rare occurrence). We ask you to be aware of this when viewing ‘out of stock’ products while browsing and placing your order. Please also note that our honey is raw making each batch slightly different in colour and consistency from the last, but all taste delicious!
