Tea Tree (Leptospermum scoparium) is found in remote parts of Tasmania. We allocate a portion of our hives to be placed in our unique sites around those areas.

Manuka honey has long been reputed for its antibacterial properties. The naturally occurring compound, Methylglyoxal, was identified as the dominant antibacterial constituent of manuka honey in 2006.
