Eucalyptus honey has a primal earthy depth and complexity, malty and bittersweet with woody tannin notes.

Best paired with other earthy flavours, Eucalyptus honey is perfect in a stir fry or simply in hot water with lemon to ease congestion.

We harvest our honey and immediately return it to our commercial kitchen to spin, pour and pack. No heat treatment and only one course filter meaning you experience Tasmania’s honey in its finest form, Raw.

All our varieties are collected from the Tasmanian Wilderness and rolling lands from Strahan to Smithton.
