Where in Australia do we ship?
Due to biosecurity laws and regulations, certain states cannot purchase specific products, or cannot purchase any at all. Please view below what you can and can’t purchase based on your location:
We cannot ship any products to WA or NT, and we can not ship honeycomb to QLD, although all other products are allowed. Please note when making a purchase.
Which courier do we use?
We ship all of our orders through Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been lodged. Please use this to keep tabs on your orders whereabouts. We do occasionally use couriers for our wholesale customers, we use SRT, Jet Couriers.
Lost and missing orders.
We ask that you contact and follow up with Australia Post prior to informing us about lost or missing parcels. You would have been sent a tracking number. We do not have full access to see where your parcel may be, but if confirmed by AusPost to lodge compensation please contact us.
Please note, orders out of Tasmania do have several stops at major delivery centres before they get to your local branch.
Recieving broken goods.
We package all our honey in thick layers of corrugated card and eco friendly bubble wrap. It’s not uncommon for orders to be mishandled by the Postal service despite the many ‘FRAGILE’ stickers we place on every order. If you receive a package with broken goods, we ask that you photograph the damage while still in the box and alert us. Please email through your clear pictures of the damage as soon as possible, this way we have a better idea of how the products were impacted and how best to approach Aust Post for compensation.

Shipping Prices.
The following prices apply to all areas of Australia:
Flat rate $10.00 shipping on orders equal to or below 1.5KG.
Orders above 1.6KG pay flat rate $10.00 and increase by $6.25 a KG.
Free shipping over $150 on orders equal to or below 4.5KG.
