What’s in it?
Filled with an abundance of raw Tasmanian honey, each of our subscription boxes has been designed with care to ensure you experience the delight and surprise in each delivery. We will always include new products before we launch them in our online store, and for the medium/large boxes we add some sweet extras as a thank you for your custom. Each box is discounted 20% off and is only packed for our Buzz Club members.
How does my chosen subscription work?
We know everyone is different so we have created a box to suit every honey lover. From the individual to the large family, once you’ve selected the subscription box you wish to receive every eight (8) weeks follow the signup link to read the t&c’s and submit your subscription! We’ll have your order packed and sent as soon as payment is finalised (1-2 working days).
Can I change my subscription box size?
Absolutely! Contact us with your details and preferred subscription box size, and we’ll handle the rest.
What if I need to cancel my subscription box?
We ask that you contact us at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your next delivery to process your cancellation. Any cancellations after this period will occur after the upcoming order.
Is there a lock in contract?
As this is a recurring discounted service, cancellation cannot occur until 2 recurring orders have been completed.
Can I buy honey in between my subscription box deliveries?
Most certainly! This subscription box does not limit you from purchasing from our online store at any time and these orders will not affect your subscription box. Ask us for your unique discount code to use at checkout.
Can I pause or skip my recurring delivery?
Payment for your order will always go ahead as scheduled, but if you’d prefer us to hold onto and send your order a little later because you’re away, we are happy to do so. We do not allow skipping a subscription as this would defeat the purpose of a recurring discounted service.
Can I change what’s in my subscription box?
We don’t personalise our Boxes due to stock management as we only pour and pack in small batches. However we now can offer you what you would prefer within limits as we may not have stock availability for your request. We need 2 weeks notice of any order change.
What if I don’t want to join the subscription box, how can I get honey discounted?
If you’re unsure about signing up for our 20% off subscription boxes and want to get to know us better, you’ll love our free newsletter. By subscribing, you’ll receive information on our bees and what we’re getting up to around the farm. You’ll also score exclusive coupons, discounts, have access to secret competitions, and get the first glance at new products arriving!
